  2. The dhaaks drum is a traditional instrument used in Hindu worship, which is made from leather skin, bronze, or mango wood. It is played during morning prayers and ends with Shiva's completion of Shivaratri bath. The dhaaks drum is accompanied by a dancer who serenades the goddess with frankincense and a clay bowl.
