  5. Forms to turn in by 4/26 • List of at least 25 people you have sent fundraising letters to. (Note: Correct last week’s mistake) • List of 25 people who will be praying for you. • Personal Covenant and Liability Release Form (Go over main rules but read through carefully at home) • Personal (medical) History to join the Short-term mission team

  6. Important Points to clarify • Everyone must attend all meetings. • Let Leader know ASAP • Any absence must be made up with 1 hour of volunteer work. • Volunteer work will be posted on Semihan website. • 3 Absences = DROP

  7. Meetings • Be on time – 4:30pm • Listen and participate eagerly. • Respect the speaker and each other. • Do not talk or sleep while during lecture. • Speak encouraging and uplifting words. • Come prepared. • Bring necessary materials – binder, pen.. • Complete all homework • Have fun!

  8. Set up and Clean up • Volunteer: Bring mission banner, set up powerpoint and mike, bring pens and other needed supplies • Volunteer: Keep attendance and tardies • Clean up crew: will be assigned by ministry teams – everyone will clean up but clean up crew will do final check.

  9. Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star . . • Attendance • Being on time, on task • Being Encouraging and loving • Completing home work • Memory verse • Quiz • You never know when a star will be given so do your best!

  10. Star Market – 6/14 • “Shot gun” on the van for set amount of time (1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour) • Candy, drinks, etc • iPod • Bathroom “cut to the front of the line” coupon • Money to spend on Sante Fe day • Other fun suggestions? – e-mail me.

  12. Before team meetings, HELP! • Fundraising research and purchasing materials • Bulletin board • Setting up filing trays for all forms and checking off what everyone has/ doesn’t have • Setting up e-mail groups and emergency contact list

  13. Ministry Teams Unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not ask to be changed to another group. ^_^

  14. Team Meetings • All VBS Teams meet with Ms. Yunjung Ha • All other teams meet with Ms. Jenny Hong

  15. Today’s Clean up Crew: VBS Youth (Taos): Amenda Kuo, Jichan Kim, Paul Cho • Pick up trash, put away materials, clean room • Clean tables after dinner
