  18. 2006 - 2008 • Main focus on community • Main goal • Promote the participation of general population in esbablishing healthy behaviour and prevent 0-8 year old children from common diseases and deaths

To establish the environment where children can live healthy • To establish Child Health Centre which includes nutrition centre, fitness and training rooms • To increase the number of summer camps, which works seasonally for 0-3 year old children • To establish the health training rooms in schools and kindergartens • To establish the playgrounds and sports courts • To give technical support for promoting physical growth of children
