  6. NVC • Non violent communication is a life changing communication tool that allows the flow of communication needed • To exchange information clearly • To resolve conflicts peacefully • To connect to oneself and others at a deep level of intimacy • To bring and support Empowerment

  7. NVC • The intention of NVC is to connect with what is real in ourselves, the others and to find creative solutions to meet everybody’s needs

NVC Background • NVC was created by Marshall Rosenberg, doctor in clinical psychology • As a child growing up in a stormy Detroit neighborhood, he was committed to come up with a new way of speaking that would cease the cycle of violence • As a psychologist in 1961, he brought into being such a language and teaches it all around the world in schools, prisons, politics, families etc.

  12. Tantra • Comes from India around the 5th century but reached its peak in 1200. • It seeks to find Chaos in balance. The merge of masculine and feminine, light and dark, fierce nature as well as graceful. • It supports liberation of the mind and body as they merge into one. • It seeks to remove the divisions that keep us from our full magnificence.

Tantra • Tantra is a holistic approach towards living life and finding union in communication, emotions, spirituality, psychology, sexuality, psychic ability, self-healing, relationships and material success.  • It includes sacred art (Yantra), music (Mantra or Japa), movement (yoga or mudra) and advanced breathing (pranayama) and so much more.  • Is an Esoteric study

  14. Tantra • There's much confusion to those first learning Tantra due to its rich history of mysticism and ritual. The more one sets out to learn, the more one can find libraries of ancient text, scriptures and sutras. • It’s deeply rooted in (what's now known as) Hindu deities and tradition, ancient aboriginal practices, and yogic approaches.
