Friedrich-List-Schule (School for secretaries, foreign languages and administration) • 550 trainees • 55 teachers • "Competence Centre - International relations" of the Berlin Senate of Education • Long and sound experience in project management and internationalization of VET in Europe • Care of networks in social inclusion through VET (EUROCITIES) and students exchange in city partnerships (XARXA FP) Ms. Dorlies Radike-Thiel (Project Coordinator) Mr. Eduardo Cabrera (Project Coordinator)

OSZ TIEM (IT, Industrial Electrics and Energy management) • 1800 trainees • about 100 engineers and workshop trainers • Assistants for Renewal Energy • "BMW", Berlin Underground company, REpower systems • EQF 4 • 3 school years in fulltime system on a 35/40 week/hours basis • many international projects OBINELLI, POInt, AIRE in the field of internationalization of VET in Europe and very active in providing work placements abroad / about 350 within the past four school years Mr. Bernd Roske (head of department OSZ TIEM)

  6. Perspectives • Who is our target group? The general public? Alumni? Former trainees? Current trainees? Politicians? Company representatives? • How many lessons hours are we aiming at? • Are we going to use the learning outcomes for solar power as defined in the AIRE project? • Who should teach/train them? Schools, companies, autodidactic, ...? • Is blended learning intended? Or just e-learning? What kind of feedback will the learners get? Assessment/high-score/certification?
