Red tracks on the left panels show individual cell trajectories followed during the observation period. Panels on the right illustrate the migrated distances for each individual cell. S1: unstimulated PMN; S2: fMLF-stimulated PMNs; S3: bMCD-treated, fMLF-stimulated PMNs. 100 cells were scored for S1 and S2, while 30 cells were scored for S3.
