A medium:0.1% carboxybenzoxy (Cbz)-Gln-Gly, 0.5% glucose, 0.02% KH2PO4, 0.02% MgSO4.7H2O, 0.01% NaCl, 0.002% CaCl2, 0.0002% FeSO4.7H2O, 0.0005% NaMO4.2H2O, 0.0005% NaWO4.4H2O, 0.0005% MnSO4.4H2O, 0.01% CuSO4.5H2O • Isolated by plating or streaking of the second culture onto LBA or PDA • Luria bertani agar(LBA):Bacteria • Potato dextrose agar(PDA):Fungi • B medium:0.5% lactose, 1.0% peptone, 0.17% NaHPO4.H2O, 0.025% KH2PO4, 0.025% MgSO4.7H2O, 0.005% FeSO4.7H2O
