  2. EQUIPMENT PURCHASE • Analysis of hospitalequipment needs andpreparation of a requirements list.

  3. EQUIPMENT PURCHASE • Preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents which will consist of the following three parts: • AdministrativeSpecifications. Required proposal or quotation method. • Technical Specifications. • Draft contract including warranty conditions and after-warranty maintenance agreement.
