Nature of Work Take Potential buyers to go see houses Promote properties through advertisements, and open houses Prepare loyalty contracts, deeds, and purchase agreements Ensure all terms of the deals are met Solicit people to buy, rent, or sell houses Make list of properties to sell/rent including details location and features Advise clients on the prices, Market Conditions, and related information Intervene in negotiations between clients, and buyers Present purchase offers to the potential buy for consideration Compare properties around the area to find a competitive price

  4. Working Conditions Both mental and physical Working mainly inside but occasionally outside Own working hours Working in an office and around a large area in houses mainly

  5. Training and Qualifications You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma Take a test and pass Take a few pre licensing courses Earn a bachelors degree in real estate and bussiness

  6. Job Outlook/ Employment ·Employment depends on the real estate market ·When the market is on the rebound the business will grow and more jobs will open up ·Expected to grow 11 percent from 2010 to 2018 Go to University of Pennsylvania and earn a bachelors degree in real estate
