  34. This Addendum is to be used if you sell a For Sale By Owner Make certain that you have this signed by the seller the first time you show the property. If you are going to show For Sale By Owners, also make certain that you have a Buyer Broker Agreement so if the seller won’t pay your commission, the buyer will. No one works for nothing.

  35. This addendum should be used when you are not working with a full service listing company, i.e. Discount Realty When you work with a limited service company, you will probably deal with the seller directly. You want to make certain everyone understands that you do not represent the seller.
