  2. Instructions • Before discussing the displays, there is one clarification that needs to be made.  The application does not work exactly as was explained during the QMWG meeting today.  When selecting a time during which to modify the availability, you are not selecting only a single hour.  The time that is being selected is actually a start time for the availability change.  The availability would be assumed to be the entered value until a new availability was entered.  This would mean that if I wanted to say that my resource was going to be offline for some number of hours, I would only need to enter a value twice.  The first entry would be 0 MW availability for whatever time that resource is going offline.  The second entry would be the appropriate availability at the point I plan to bring turbines back online.  I apologize for the confusion and I believe this will be good news based on the conversation during the meeting. • Display 1 shows the application after login.  Each QSE representing a wind farm would have their own login which would allow them to view and modify the availability for their wind resources.  The periods for which availability have been modified are displayed toward the bottom of the page.  These can be removed by clicking “Remove” on the far right of the display.  The top area is where new periods can be created.
