Who do you talk to at the station? How do you sell the idea? Research value. Plan your show. Who might be a sponsor? Are they already using radio in marketing? If yes, when & why? If not, why not? How many would you need? Local options? • AM or FM • Talk, Q & A, Variety • Air time, Day of week • Target Audiences – know your stations’ listeners. • Owner, Sales, Program Manager, Engineer • Garden Centers, Landscape Companies, Rental Companies, Farm stores, National companies

How will you advertise your show? How many methods are there? What are you willing to try? How many topics?
