Existing County Wide Programs • County Servicing Assistance Program • $10/yr for water customers and $10/yr for wastewater customers • Intended to assist with the extension of services to existing non-serviced properties • No changes proposed to this program • Countywide O. Reg 170/03 Upgrade Program • $0.07/m3 or a minimum $5/month for water customers • To fund the capital upgrades completed to meet the SDWA (approx $38,000,000) • No changes proposed to this program, will run until approximately 2015.

  17. Proposed Tillsonburg Water Rates 2011-2013 The water rate structure is made up of two parts. The first is the fixed charge based on meter size and the second part is a per unit rate or consumption charge based on the cubic meters used. Fixed Charges (monthly) Volumetric Charge For example: 2” meter with 100m3 consumption in 2011 Rate = $51.97 (fixed charge) + (15m3 x 0.64) + (30m3 x 0.84) + (55m3 x 0.89) = $135.72

  18. Proposed Tillsonburg Wastewater Rates 2011-2013 Fixed Charges The wastewater rate structure is made up of two parts. The first is the fixed charge based on water meter size and the second part is based on the wastewater discharged from a property that is equal to the quantity of metered water used.
