  4. 网络传输服务质量问题 • 一堆包从Sender到Receiver之间存在以下问题 • (1)Dropped Packages:表现为打开网页时一些内容无法传送,引起信息准确性的问题 • (2)Delay:一般来讲,包的序列在经过多个路由后才到达目的地。表现为信息实时性的问题,例如用手机通话,必须将延时控制在0.15s一下 • (3)Jitter:不同的包是经由不同的路径到达目的地,而每条路径的Delay不一致造成的。表现为信息实时性和一致性的问题。 • (4)Out of Order Delivery:接收的包的顺序与发送的不一致,表现为信息一致性和信息同时性的问题 • (5)Error:传输过程中的出错的情况,更多的指包内的数据,表现在数据准确性的问题。

  5. 服务质量(QoS) • 用于不同服务质量问题的研究,起源与交通工程(Traffic Engineering) • 描述资源预留的机制(Resource Reservation Control Mechanisms) • 不同于QoE(Quality of Experience),其描述服务质量达标情况
