  3. Enter Account Information • Enter account info as requested, click next Fill Out Account Info

  4. Edit Your Profile • Add your gender and birthdate Fill Out Info Here

  5. Select Our Tournament • Find our tournament and select Select Register Now

  6. Make Your Donation Securely • Pay for your tournament entry one person at a time…you must create an account for every person playing in the tournament! Checkout and Pay

  7. Please remember • Your donation of $150 or $125 (veterans) grants you greens fees, cart and mixed grill lunch following the tournament • You can also hand deliver money and registration form to Melrose Veteran Services, 562 Main Street, Melrose MA • Make checks payableto City of Melrose

  8. Thank You! • Your donation allows us to install a monument dedicated exclusively to Korean War veterans and our Melrose Fallen • The design of the new monument, scheduled for installation in the spring of 2015, will be unveiled at the tournament luncheon
