  10. Livormortis...death color • Blood spills from tissues to lower body parts • Blood turns purple • Lividity…pooling of blood • Lividity begins 2 hours after death • Up to 8 hours, if body is pressed, color disappears • After 8 hours, if body is pressed, color remains
