  • Monitoring of hours of instruction

    • Describe how you will monitor hours of instruction to be in compliance with the State’s assessment policy

      * A new module will be added to MAERS to help you track attendance hours and prompt you when POST testing can be done!

    • Described how you will coordinate (hopefully integrate) the different types of assessments all partners use

  • Data must be entered on a quarterly basis.

  • Programs should make use of the Participant Enrollment, Missing Data and Soft Exit Reports to monitor program performance

    • Obtain a GED

    • Finish HSD

    • Enroll in Postsecondary Education

      • Must use follow requirements in DELEG’s Follow Up Manual
