Goals • Raise Money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. • Create a promotion for a Key Advertiser and include other businesses. • Integrate our on-air, online, social networking and in the community capabilities. • Include our listeners with a call to action! The event started at Harley Davidson of Frederick with breakfast and registration. Participants followed designated route, stopping at ride-stop locations. The Ride ended at Harley Davidson of Frederick with a “Free” concert, food, games and prizes!

  3. Campaign Elements On-air • Four week on-air and online streaming commercials; live and pre-recorded. • WFRE Personalities invite listeners to join them & three Nashville recording artists on the1st Annual WFRE “Cruisin For St. Jude” fundraiser. • Will, Dave, Tom and Jess direct listeners to the WFRE & HD of Frederick “Cruisin For St. Jude” webpage.

  4. Online • “Crusin for St. Jude” Logo in the dynamic lead position on WFRE homepage. • Online Registration Page • WFRE listeners were encouraged to go to the registration page and were provided a link with an option to build their own website pledge page. • Will Robinson’s homepage take-over. • Every ad space had the Crusin for St. Jude logo.

  5. On-site • The Ride begins and ends at Harley Davidson of Frederick. • Riders followed a designated route with 7 ride-stop sponsors. • At the conclusion of the ride, participants returned to HD of Frederick for free food, entertainment and prizes. • Additional sponsors booths and sampling on-site. 342 Riders! Bomshel Ride-stop sponsor!

  6. Social Media & Other Marketing • Facebook, Twitter, Texting during the four week campaign by all WFRE Personalities • WFRE & HD of Frederick Email Blasts. Result $29,030 to St. Jude 342 Riders 25 Listener Volunteers 1,406 video views 27,910 photo views 13 Sponsors Advertisers, listeners and participants were extremely pleased with the event and results! $WFRE NTR/Online Revenue$!
