Lifetime engagement service center Indiana University is establishing a base funded Lifetime Engagement Service Center to add academic and administrative units with communication.  Service center will be housed at IU Communications and will: • Receive distribution requests containing with the message, target group, and timeline • Will compile lists and distribute one time communications • Service Center will work with units on providing a platform for ongoing communications • Provide analytics • Coordinate Communications calendar and global opt-outs IU Communications & Marketing Conference
