1. Find out if someone in your district office has a school calendar that lists how many days of school for each day on the calendar or count this out yourself ( e.g. 9/4/2007 = 180 days, 9/5/2007 = 179 days, etc.)
1. Create an Excel file with a cell for every school day of the year. (Sample from Yakima)
2. Open the file you downloaded, and follow these steps for “vlookup”
Download and save the file of 12th graders. Enter graduation information and upload under “EDI Links”.
You will be sent an e-mail when this survey is “live” and you will be asked to complete it by July 31, 2008.
