  2. Graduation Audit 4 credit Communication Arts 3 credit SS (Civics, World and US) 2 Credits Mathematics 1 credit Biology 1 credit Physical Science 1 credit Fine Art (Music or Art class) 1.5 credit PE .5 credit PFM .5 credit Health 8.5 Electives Total 23 Credits

  3. Application process • Complete application on-line! http://www.aasd.k12.wi.us/north/guidance • Submit application fee online or bring in check to guidance in the Fall • Submit ACT/SAT scores

North Application Procedures After you have submitted your application bring all items to the guidance office that are needed to complete your college application file… • $5.00 North fee • Secondary School Report (if needed) • Senior resume (Check out Mrs. Prudom Website) http://www.aasd.k12.wi.us/staff/prudomjulie/ • Letter of recommendation (if necessary)

  5. Student Responsibility • If you need a letter of recommendation allow 2 weeks to have it written and complete the Personal Data Form located in the Guidance office. • Be aware of all “due dates” for college admissions and scholarship applications.

  6. Student Responsibility • Submit ACT and/or SAT score: Your College application is not complete until you have sent your score • Notify guidance where to submit your final transcript – they will not be sent automatically.

  7. General information • Once you have turned in all application materials to North guidance, it takes 3-4 weeks before colleges can provide verification for the receipt of your transcript. • Finish Strong • Importance of senior year schedule

  8. Summer Notice Counselors are not contracted to work during the summer months. After school is out your first opportunity to speak with counselor will be the first day of school in September. Have a safe summer!!
