Daily Announcements +posted date: June 3 2013 - expiry date: June 3, 2013 Event/Group/Organizer Access Awareness This week is Mulock’s 3rd Access Awareness Week highlighting difference accessibility issues for our community. Today the Mulock students will participate in a game of sledge hockey at the Magna Arena. Two men from Sweden designed the sledge in the 60s because they wanted to continue playing hockey despite their physical disability. Canada is the current 2013 World Champion in Sledge Hockey.

The game will feature team Canada player Shayne Smith. Tickets are $2 and can be purchased during period C & D in the great hall. Thursday is the last day to purchase tickets.

Your random act of kindness this week is “Care 4 UR School”. You can do this by picking up garbage, recycling and stacking chairs to help keep the school clean and a nice place to come every day. Exams are fast approaching, so if you find yourself in need of a bit of extra help in any subject area, stop by the library any day after school starting Tuesday, June 4th.
