  3. I gave San Antonio Sports a 4 out of a 5 star rating because of the amount of variety events we handled. Every month was a different event and allowed me to experience something new. The staff was great and easy to work with. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 star rating was because of some slow days and because I cannot see myself having a career in a non-profit organization.

  4. Words of Wisdom • Interact and meet new people at your job site and events. You never know what they can bring to you in the present and future. Work hard, it will pay off in time.

  5. Summary of Daily Activities • Everyday at 9 we had a stand up meeting. There we would go around and list 3 things we wish to accomplish. • Next I would meet with my supervisor and see what she needed help in today. • It could range from helping her set up a event, to making copies, inventory, to picking up items for an event, etc. • If I was done with my tasks I would go around and help out other interns or staff who needed help.

  6. Internship Objectives • To fulfill my tasks for everything that dealt with the San Antonio Sports Hall of Fame. • Helping my supervisor complete her duties for an event. • Assisting with staff of completion of their work. • Making a name for myself when meeting new people at a event.

  7. Summary of Project Description • Spreading the word about our hall of fame gala either through letters or phone. • In charge of gathering table signs for businesses that bought a table. • Picking up auction items and making sure we had them all for our silent auction. • Creating a list of an excel spreadsheet of guests who are coming and a potential of coming. • Developed of gathering enough clipboards and pens for bids on the silent auction.
