HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY • It is the policy of MYD Telecoms throughout the entire organization to establish the concept that the people and property are the most important corporate assets, and the conservation thereof has the highest priority, support and participation of the company’s top management. • Specifically, it is the policy of MYD Telecoms to regard the “Safety Program” as the company’s minimum standards, which will be an integral part of all our operations. We maintain in our employees a continuing awareness of safety habits and techniques through constant supervision and periodic meetings. • MYD Telecoms acknowledges its responsibilities to provide a safe and healthy working environment for its employees. These responsibilities have to be discharged actively and call for the collective effort and support of every level of management. To achieve this objective we conduct the following: • Continuously review our construction methods. • Promptly respond to any recommendations submitted with respect to safety or fire protection. • Provide constant supervision of employees. • Provide employees with necessary and approved personal protective equipment and to enforce its use to comply with requirements of the local and international standards. • Not tolerate indifference & hostility on the part of any employee toward safety. • CEO, Charles Durosaro STANDARD PROCEDURES We implemented the following standards : NEVI, PMI. All projects run by the company are run on a fully decentralized system and are treated as separate profit centers. Each project has it’s in charge personnel (Project Manager, Site Manager, Technical Office Engineer and Accountant). The Project Manager and Accountant together handle a separate account for the project. This gives a maximum flexibility and authority to the Project Manager to achieve his set objectives within the planned time frame. The logistics department will provide equipment operators and maintenance according to resources requested by Project Manager. Each project will have a project coordinator working under the company’s Technical Office Manager. His role is to follow up work – progress, support the Project Manager on engineering issues, scheduling, submittals to consultant or owner of material or other and provides the complete feedback to head office.

  12. QUALITY MANAGEMENT- ISO 9001 MYD Telecoms Company Limited represents quality. MYD is preparing certification for ISO 9001 for 2010. The Business Management System contains all procedures and associated documentation to implement and control the company. Staff can access this through the Internet. The quality objective is to ensure that MYD Companies consistently deliver a high level of technical performance throughout our diverse businesses worldwide. MYD will provide the necessary financial and other resources in order to achieve this. The quality management system provides the framework for continual improvement and therefore increases the probability of customer satisfaction and the satisfaction of other interested parties. The Company endeavors to deliver consistent predetermined high standards of products and services. It is the responsibility all employees to continually deliver high quality products and services in the long and short term.
