Student Performance Matrix (SPMx) Overview • Moves beyond simple analysis of raw attendance, gradebook, and behavioral data to create and save parameters for more complex, multi-data-point analyses • Analysis results will generate real-time reports using the SPMx Reporting Module and SPMx Parental Involvement Module. • Combine data from Attendance Module and Gradebook Module data to analyze patterns in performance • Create analyses for individual students, courses, schools or districts, or any combination • Create and save unlimited number of custom, user-formatted analyses matrices for use and reuse

WorldWideGradebook™ 3.0 Attendance Module • Provides an integrated method to track student attendance in real time • Attendance information is integrated with existing systems for real-time analysis, reports, and parental alerts • Store student’s name, student ID, e-mail address, and phone number • Reset or generate new passwords for selected students • Record student attendance • Create additional student-specific notes associated with each student record • Copy students between classes for easy class roster creation

WorldWideGradebook™ 3.0 Notification Module • School administrators and teachers can send broadcast alerts to parents or other community members instantly, and to the technology of the recipient’s choosing – via MSN Messenger, email, SMS, phone or cell phone. • Alerts are transmitted immediately upon entry into the system, or can be scheduled for a specific broadcast time. • Recipients can choose alerts to MSN Messenger, email, SMS, phone or cell phone -- or any combination. • Build custom lists of recipients by grade level, activity type, or other parameters.

WorldWideGradebook™ 3.0 Gradebook Module • Access system from home, office, school computer, or a computer on the other side of the world • Attendance information is integrated with existing systems for real-time analysis, reports, and parental alerts • Keep class name, number, start date and end date on file for each class • Set up your online grade book to reflect class schedule • Define the grading period, grading scales (letter or numeric), and how you want grades computed • Weight assignments based on their percentage toward the overall grade, or group assignments by category (i.e. homework, tests, quizzes) and weight the categories • Much more
