Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO. Only use this process when materials are incorrectly issued during the order posting process in IW42 or when materials should have been issued during the posting process in IW42 and were left off.

  1. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • Onlyuse this process when materials are incorrectly issued during the order posting process in IW42 or when materials should have been issued during the posting process in IW42 and were left off. • Put the order number materials need to be issued for in the order number field. • Click on the Header data button or the green check.

  2. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • If the order has not been tech completed ignore this step, if so then select, order, functions, complete, cancel technical completion.

  3. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • Select the operations tab.

  4. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • Select the operation the materials are to be issued to by clicking on the gray square to the left of the line item. • Select the enhancement button.

  5. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • Enter the material number to be issued, quantity, storage location and plant. • Click on the save Icon.

  6. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • The message “The operation is already confirmed” may or may not appear at the bottom of the screen, if it does click on the green check mark to continue. The order will be saved with the changes. The system should return to the initial order number entry screen with the message “Order #___ saved with notification #___. At this point proceed to MIGO to complete the material issue.

  7. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • Select goods issue, order and enter the order number. • Hit enter.

  8. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • The system will populate the screen with all the materials added to the components tab in the order. These are the materials that will be issued from stock against the order.

  9. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • Put a check mark in the Item OK screen. • Click the check button. • The message “Document is OK” should appear at the bottom of the screen. • Click the post button.

  10. Issuing materials to orders using IW32 and MIGO • A material document will be created issuing the materials out of stock and posting them against the order. • TO CHECK: Go to IW40 to verify the materials posted properly to the order.
