  1. พบ F/F น้ำหนักไม่ได้มาตรฐาน...ทำอย่างไรดี??? ร้านพบ F/F น้ำหนัก/ถุงขาด (ต่ำกว่า 2.7 kg/ถุง) ชั่งน้ำหนัก/ถุง ทุกถุงที่เหลือในกล่องนั้น น้ำหนักรวม 6 ถุง มากกว่า 16 kg น้ำหนักรวม 6 ถุง น้อยกว่า 16 kg ติดป้ายบ่งชี้ (CPR) และแยกเก็บสินค้า ในห้องแช่แข็งเพื่อรอดำเนินการต่อไป ใช้ได้ปกติ และแจ้งข้อมูลสินค้า (วันที่ผลิต, Lot no, น้ำหนัก/ถุง ทุกถุง) มาที่ Bangkok-QA เพื่อแจ้งให้ Supplier ดำเนินการปรับปรุงต่อไป แจ้งข้อมูลสินค้า(วันที่ผลิต, Lot no, น้ำหนัก/ถุง ทุกถุง) มาที่ Bangkok-QA และ Bangkok-SCM บนถุงจะไม่ระบุเวลานะค่ะ เมื่อพบปัญหาอย่ารีบทิ้งกล่องนะค่ะ SQA Guide-1 วันและเวลาที่ผลิตและ Lot no. ระบุบนกล่อง
