  1. BASIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF POPULATION SOCIAL PROTECTION OF EAST KAZAKHSTAN REGION TILL 2020

  2. Construction and equipment of new building of Zimovye Medical and Social Institution for 150 places and MSU in Bozanbai settlement of Ulan district. Construction and opening of Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disordered Locomotor Apparatus in Semey city. This center will have 300 beds-places. Estimated costs will make up over KZT 1,5 billion, Сomplex Rehabilitation Center for Adult Invalids in Grekhovka village of Ziryan district. The center will have 250 beds-places. Estimated costs will make up KZT 1,2 billion.

  3. Creation in Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Preparation, Retraining and Professional Improvement Center for unemployed population of rural districts of the region. Creation at authorized employment agencies of Specialized Information Centres for rendering the population a complex of social services, providing solution to questions of employment and professional adaptation.
