2. myNMSU Calendars You can create a single calendar or multiple calendars depending on what you need them for. You can: • Create a schedule for a meeting room. • Allow others to view your calendar. • Create an event calendar.

4. My Calendar When the calendar is first opened, it automatically defaults to your own calendar (even if you have multiple calendars). There are tab options available at the top of the window, which include: • View • Calendars • Calendar Sets • Options

5. View • The View tab allows you to work on the active calendar. You can: • Add New Event • Add New Task • Jump To a specific date • Print the calendar • Search for an appointment

6. Calendars • Under the Calendars tab, you can: • Create a New Calendar • Subscribe to an existing calendar • Select a calendar to View/Edit

Calendar Sets • Calendar sets allow you to view multiple calendars at one time. • Create a new calendar set that allows you to see your calendar, the office calendar and a co-worker’s calendar all at the same time. • Once you have created a calendar set, select the set name to view them. • You can also delete calendar sets once you have created them.
