  8. Situation Analysis Review • Weekly emails don’t get read • Students wish the emails were more personalized • Website is confusing for students • Information is scattered • Workshops and events are not an urgent matter

  9. Costs • $50,000 will be used to start up and maintain the app and database for five years • 5 people will be paid for their contributions

  10. Technical Plan • The project will be completed in two phases simultaneously • Phase one: September-January (Fall and Winter terms) • Phase two: November-January (Fall and Winter terms)

  11. Conclusion • The LCB needs to increase participation rates for LCB sponsored events • Two-part solution: Simultaneously create an app, student information document and coinciding database
