Oklahoma Transportation Authority Proposal No. _____ Contract No. CKT-1356 BROKEN ARROW SOUTH LOOPSURFACING, LIGHTING, TRAFFIC SIGNALS, & RAMP TOLL PLAZAS The Broken Arrow South Loop Turnpike Project CKT-1356 is a Surfacing Contract which consists of Concrete Paving, Traffic Signals, Interchange Lighting, and Ramp Toll Plazas. This project begins just north of State Highway 51 in Section 17, T18N, R15E and continues north for 2.1 miles to a point about 0.5 miles north of E. 71st Street South all within Wagoner County. The Project includes interchanges at the Muskogee Turnpike and E. 71st Street South.
