  10. Buy vs. Build analysis • It is most beneficial for CBH Motorsports to build and set up our own commercial website. • Building a website benefits our company because it allows us to manage content and update information about our site at any given time. • Building instead of buying is more expensive, yet it is more favorable when it comes to availability, and customization. • Having an in house professional to manage our website is beneficial because each department such as, parts, gear, clothing, and bikes can manage and customize each of there pages.

With this training we will be able to manage and update our website with out hesitation. By being able to do this we will be able to attract more customers and be able to please our customers. This training will make us more advanced company and we will be able to gain an edge on our competitors. Manual: After we have completed the full training we will as the owners create a manual in detail so that our employees will be able to fix whatever problems come about if technician is busy. It is important to have a manual available because we will not always have the training software to help us out or a specialist available. When we are out of the office employees will be able to solve the problem by themselves with contacting us to help them solve website related

  18. Implementation- Software • Once our website has been completed we plan to take a class called Dreamweaver. 20. Maintain • It is important that when running an online website that you maintain and constantly update it so efficient and appealing to customers at all times. In order to make sure that this is possible it is crucial that we as a company hire one IT technician to maintain our website. We only need one as of right now because we are still new at this and we don’t have a big enough customer basis for two IT technicians. Once we become bigger and the website is two much for one person to handle we will hire another IT technician to help out. Having a technician around will take the load of the employees and us as the owners because we will wont have to worry about updating or maintain the website and we can focus on the company and how to make it better through sales.

  21. Maintenance Schedule • The role as an IT Technician at CBH Motorsports will be to maintain the website and make sure there are no glitch's or errors when accessing the website. They will do day to day maintenance. Virus checks Updates if needed Respond to customers questions or concerns. At the end of each quarter they will perform a thorough check of the website and do any updates needed to make sure that it stays updated to our customers satisfaction.

  22. Maintenance- Cost • An average technician makes around 40,000 a year in the Laramie area. That is roughly around 3,300 dollars a month. That should not be a problem if our online website is running efficiently because we will be able to pay their salary through our sales online. • We will benefit as a company by having an IT Technician available at our disposal
