Public Procurement Portal: www. base.gov.pt • The CPC provides for the creation of an Internet portal dedicated to public procurement • www. base.gov.pt • It is the Public Procurement Portal where is communicated information about all contracts under the CPC • Through this portal it is possible to access the information system that evaluates and monitors the hiring of public works in Portugal: Observatory of Public Works (OPW)

Encourages observation and knowledge of public expenditure
