  1. Dedicated to John OrtmanN In 2006 John Ortmanncreated a stunningvirtual model of LM-5. It wassuch an inspiration that I decided I shouldtry to build a real model with the sameamount of details. Here I am, in 2011, the lunar module isdoneafter 4.5 years of work. It was made with passion and the support of hundreds of individuals on the web fora such as the spacemodelers group, the forum de la conquête spatiale or the forum des maquettes spatiales. Someindividualsneed to becitedhereas theyprovided me with insight information and material on the lunarmodule, in alphabeticalorder : Paul Cultrera, Karl Dodenhoff, Paul Fjeld, Jim Key and John Ortmann who passed away in June 2009 and to whom this model is dedicated.
