  2. 孔子Kǒng zǐMore about Kong zi Confucius (551-479 BC), great Chinese thinker and social philosopher, also known as 孔夫子 (Kǒng fū zǐ) zǐ yuē wēn gù ér zhī xīn 子 曰: 温 故 而 知 新 Confucius says: learn new by reviewing the learned 《论语》Lún Yǔ-- a record of the words and acts of the central Chinese thinker and philosopher Confucius and his disciples, as well as the discussions they held.
