Payroll Deduction Instructions

Visit the site and click “RIAS Login” on the upper left
Under the HCM and Payroll menu, select “Self Service” on the upper left
Under Payroll and Compensation, select “Voluntary Deductions” on the far right
Click on the magnifying glass on the right of the “Type of Deduction” Box
Determine if you would like to give a flat amount per pay period or a % of your gross pay each pay period
Enter the flat amount or % amount per pay period to be deducted in the appropriate box
Determine if you would like deductions taken until you reach a specific goal amount.
Visit the site and click on the “Give at the Office” link on the right side.
Scroll over the “Pledging” option and select “Make a Pledge” in the top left corner.
Either “Login” if you have pledged in the past or “Register” if you have never made a pledge before.
Be sure to select the correct annual employment term (27 weeks, 22 weeks, or 10 months).
