  2. EECBG Monthly reporting • The first monthly report for EECBG will due May 30th for performance data occurring in April 2010 Distribution of EECBG recipients by formula allocation • EECBG monthly reporting is only required for recipients with formula allocations >$2M

EECBG Monthly reporting • Brief overview • Metrics reported monthly are only a subset of those required quarterly • Metrics are reported by period of performance, in this case by month • Monthly reported metrics will be automatically summed to populate the • quarterly report • For each project activity • Outlays (Recovery Act funds): funds expended • Obligations (Recovery Act funds): funds committed Allocation Obligations Outlays

  4. EECBG Monthly reporting • Additional information required for project activities with following: • 1. Required metric activity of building retrofits • Number of buildings retrofitted, by sector • Square footage of buildings retrofitted, by sector • 2. Required metric activity of loans and grants • Number of loans and grants given • Monetary value of loans and grants given • 3. Required metric activity of renewable energy market development • Number of renewable energy systems installed • Capacity of renewable energy systems installed
