Provide information to assess data (e.g. file size, format, scale, previews)

  5. Level II RequirementsC. Serve selected OWEB data 1. Present downloadable files to user 2. Provide estimate of download time 3. Initiate file transfer at user request 4. Make transfer mechanism transparent to user
