  1. PLANEACIÓN (Etapas del proceso administrativo para un proyecto del desarrollo de software)

  2. Definición • Esta actividad establece un plan para el trabajo de la ingeniería del software. Describe las tareas técnicas que deben realizarse, los riesgos probables los recursos que sean requeridos, los productos del trabajo que han de producirse y un programa de trabajo.

  3. IMCM • La IMCM es la que define las ocho áreas del proceso para la categoría de gestión del proyecto.

  4. Consejo: Toda organización debe intentar apegarse a la IMCM. Sin embargo el modelo puede ser excesivo en algunas situaciones.
