  1. APPOSTILE ATTESTATION Attestation is the process of making the documents authentic by signing or stamping it by a company or government organization. Attestations are most commonly associated with agreements of great personal and financial significance, especially legal documents involving wills or power of attorney.It is the method for validation of certificate /documents with the aid of imparting the seal or the stamp on the file /certificates. Certificate attestation is of paramount significance while a person comes to a decision to relocate to a foreign country in pursuit of higher opportunities in profession or for private desires. Attestation is a very important procedure, necessarily to be done for verifying a person’s documents.An Apostille is a type of attestation wherein files are legalized in a particular layout this is desirable in all nations that belong to the Hague convention. The Hague convention is an international agreement under which includes many countries. It is for the protection of children and co-operation based on inter country adoption. Adopting a child from a country which is not included in Hague convention is not of much difference, but there will be greatest protection if the adoption is done from a convention country. The convention targets to save the abduction, sale of, or trafficking in children, and it honestly works to make certain that intercountry adoptions are in the awesome pursuits of children. Appostile is done on personal documents such as birth/death/marriage certificates, Affidavits, power of attorney etc. Any document that has undergone verification through apostille services from one of the country in Hague convention is acceptable in all other countries coming under it. It only has to be done once and is then acceptable on every other country in the convention which makes the process of verification simpler. The document must be first certified by a recognized officer of the authority that will issue the apostille, which gives eligibility for apostille services. Intermediate certifications might require in some cases, from the country of origin of documents.
