  3. What’s so great about bees? • Bees are the world’s primary pollinators. • We depend on bees for survival.

  4. Pollinators • The average bee can visit around 5000 flowers a day. • A beehive contains between 20000 and 80000 worker bees. • Worldwide agriculture depends on bees to help produce around $260 billion worth of food. (Princeton Architectural Press, 2010)
