  8. Instructions Make-up Exam • There is NO makeup exam for the missed first or second exam • unless you provide a document accepted by the supervisor of the Information System department. • attend a comprehensive exam at the end of the semester • There is NO makeup exam for the quizzes

Instructions Class Attendance and Preparation Policy • Attendance is a must • It will be taken at the beginning of each class • You will NOT be allowed to attend the final exam if you skip more than 13 hours • considered as denied. • 1st notification after 5 hours • 2nd notification after 9 hours

  10. Instructions WARNING • Work must be your own • Any unauthorized copying is considered a breach of academic integrity • Will not be tolerated • Any violation will include a failure • ZERO grade.

  11. Instructions E-Mail and Communication Policy • Through PNU e-mail only • Must check e-mail and LMS on a frequent and consistent basis, better before each class • Discussion at office only within office hours
