  11. To Chinese Teacher Use the monthly assessment form to show your expectation. Handle the special students. Pass down school’s policy in time. How much do you translate? The use of microphone. It’s difficult to be a supervisor and co-worker at the same time. Build up your English ability.

  12. To Foreign Teacher Use simple English to teach. Use tips instead of repetitions to teach. Control your emotion and no physical touch to the students. Follow the school’s daily schedule as Taiwanese teachers do. Plan your personal trip well. Learn some classroom Chinese. Expand your social life at school.
