YNPNdc’s Emerging Leaders Program • 24 people • Has an Emerging Leaders 1.0 cohort and will be launching 2.0 later this year • Four sessions focused on leadership & values, finance, communications, and project management, led by nonprofit professionals • The session takes place over 2-3 weeks • $75 fee • "Share Wall" - everyone list their skills/connections they want to share with others

  4. EPIP-MN and YNPN-TC Leadership Institute (EYLI) • 24 people • Partnership with EPIP and YNPN - cohort is split between people in philanthropy and nonprofits • First year - started in April 2014. Will go for 10 months. Have opening and closing 2-day retreats. • Cohort designs sessions; planning team designed first three sessions. Topics have included work/life balance and power dynamics. • Assigned peer groups - there are smaller groups of ~4-5 people who stick together throughout cohort • Free
