  2. 票卡售價 本案係高雄市環保基金專案補助計畫，實施期間至100.12.31。每張票卡原價1250元，現在只要600元。 • 環保基金補助每張150元 • 高雄捷運公司補助每張250元 • 企業補助每張250元 • 公司員工自付每張600元

  3. 申請流程 每月底前 2工作日 每月15日前 (遇假日順延) 企業向高捷提出申請(傳真) 高捷公司向捷運局請款 環保局審查，高捷通知不符企業 針對符合資格企業製卡 繳款及取 卡 企業持申請書正本至指定車站 ※本案製卡數量一經申請則無法異動

  4. 適用對象 • 每月限量5000張。 • 申請對象以企業為主體，不接受個人申請 • 有繳納空污費之公司廠商為優先，但每月申購人數不足5,000人時，可接受一般公司之申請。 • 每次申請數量不拘。

  5. 使用方式 • 本卡使用期限至當月月底，可不限次數、不限里程搭乘高雄捷運及高雄市公車 • 本卡應併同企業識別證使用，進出閘門時會顯示剩餘天數(含當日)，若遇車站人員查票時，持卡人應配合主動出示本卡與企業識別證。 • 本卡屬非記名式卡片，若遺失則無法掛失、補發及退費。」 • 捷運車資本公司依法不開立發票，僅能開立購票證明予申請企業。
