  2. Introduction • Risas Dental and Braces was founded in September of 2011 • Owner and founder is Dr. Nicolas Porter • The company was founded based on the principles of introducing new ideas to the Dental world and providing top of the line dental service with the best prices.

  3. Company Description • The Companies main goals to make make every customer leave happy and smiling knowing that they got the best service for the best price in town. • The company is innovative in its business and marketing strategy for the Dental market. • The Company Provides all aspects of dental work form dentures to braces and everything imbedded.

  4. Market Analysis • Main Competitors include all other dental and orthodontist practices. Specific practices could include, Western Dental and Comfort Dental. • Main advertising methods include flyers, radio show, and customer referrals. • The growth of the company mainly comes form its innovative new ideas and very low prices for good quality dental work.

  5. Recent History • The company had recently opened its first office back in September of 2011. • The company in April opened its second office. • In June the Company opened its third office. • Each office rough costs $400,000 in equipment alone to start. There is much overhead to starting a dental practice.

  6. Challenges and Problems • The challenges and problems facing Risas Dental and Braces Includes: • Highly Competitive market • Low customer intakes • Poor Advertisement methods • Lack of Customer interests • High overhead • Very high startup costs

  7. Company Culture • Risas Dental and braces is completely dedicated to the customer. Working to insure them of the best quality service ever at the best and most affordable price ever. The goal is flexibility and being able to successfully communicating with the patient and getting them to come back for more when they need it. The company is always striving in its goals to make the customer quality of service even better!

SWOT Analysist • Potential strengths would include strong leadership, strong employee loyalty, flexible pricing, more convenient locations and hours, and more broad and varied advertising all employees speak Spanish, and marketing strategies. • Potential External Opportunities include expanding into other areas of the market, growing its barriers into other areas of the state, competitive pricing and a new product line and new technology services. • Potential Internal Weaknesses would include not well-organized communications systems, confusing communications methods, confusing marketing plans, and lack of unity and team leadership. • Potential external threats could be lower costs of other offices, better marketing of other offices, and better locations from other offices.

  9. Future Recommendations • My personal future recommendations for the company is to have the most improved organization system, and to have and improved marketing techniques to improve the number of new customers coming through the doors in every new office.

Conclusion • Risas Dental and Braces is a breakthrough in the dental world with their extremely low and unbeatable prices, their willingness to help anyone in need including thousands of dollars in free treatment given monthly and their wide variety of treatment options given and services offered. All at affordable prices and the best quality customer care.
