The Solution The Education Agency ,Water and Sewerage Agency and the Urban Environment Agency have improved document capture and records management, increased document control and become more efficient with the help of Public 360º. The agencies have seen their work become increasingly straightforward and noticed a rise in quality and efficiency in the services they provide. • The Impact • Public 360° meets strict requirements for document capture and archiving • By introducing Public 360° the agencies have increased quality and efficiency in case handling and citizen services • Public 360º is built on SharePoint, which makes integration with other applications simpler and cheaper.
