PROCEDIMENT ELABORACIÓ • Presentació esborrany ordenances a Grups Municipals Juliol 2005 • Esborrany ordenances a la web municipal a juliol 2005 • Comunicació pública esborrany ordenances (nota premsa, presentació per part regidor a Radio Arenys,...) • Recepció suggeriments participació i grups municipals • Suggeriments rebuts abans 30 setembre: 1

  3. PROPOSTA GENERAL • CAPACITAT D’INGRÉS IGUAL A L’ANY 2005 PER TANT INCREMENTS GENERALS DE L’IPC

  4. Proposta Govern Baixa tipus impositiu per un augment igual a l’IPC (3,7%) Augment del valor màxim del valor cadastral per poder gaudir bonificació famílies nombroses a 50.000€. Tipus impositiu grans usos 1,1 Proposta d’acord amb el explicat a l’any 2004 Proposta Participació Ciutadana (X.Fabrer) Situar tipus al 0,89 IMPOST BENS IMMOBLES

  5. Altres impostos directes • I.A.E. Increment coeficient de situació equivalent al del IGPC • Vehicles. Increment coeficients equivalent al del IGPC • Plusvàlues. Possibilitats: • Increment IGPC • Si s’elimina clavegueram, increment 15%

  6. I.C.I.O. • Increment tipus impositiu IGPC • Modificació bonificació 95% per raons d’utilitat pública. Criteris per apreciar caràcter social: rehabilitació façanes “exteriors” o estalvi d’aigua • Introducció bonificació obres aprofitament energia solar (abans per utilitat pública) • Introducció bonificació obres supressió barreres arquitectòniques (abans per utilitat pública)

  7. Taxes en general 2 criteris: • Adequació del cost de la prestació del servei a l’ingrés derivat de la taxa • Increment similar al del I.G.P.C: 3,7%

  8. Proposta 1: manteniment clavegueram excloent aquells parkings que prèvia petició i inspecció de no connexió. Proposta 2: en funció del consum d’aigua. Cal determinar per part dels tècnics problemes. Proposta Xavier Febrer: Supressió i incorporació a l’IBI Manteniment treient parkings sense connexió. Vinculació consum aigua CLAVEGUERAM

  9. Taxa escombraries • Si s’implementa recollida orgànica, increment aproximat, d’acord amb estudi de costos, del 6%.
