Distinguishing Factors • High Functioning: A High Functioning person with Autism displays the following characteristics; A) Good speech B) Language C) Intelligence • Low Functioning : A Low Functioning person with Autism displays the following characteristics; A) Language disorders B) Repetitive behaviors C) Possibly rigid thinking patterns

  4. How I can help • I will structure and organize my classroom in a way that is beneficial to your child's’ learning. • I will try to find a classroom that is appropriate for your child’s restrictions. -For example: A) Close to the restroom B) Larger amount of working space C) Positioned next to peers of same age group
