  6. REGENTS “PLAIN VANILLA” & MODIFICATIONS • Change business practices to match system functionality • Simplifies future upgrades • Faster and cheaper to implement PS • Requires us to review “how we have always done it” • This is already being accepted by departments and the team

  8. EMPLID: 31905452 • Prounounced "em-pull-eye-dee", this number will be your new primary identifier on campus. • EID: 319005452 • Your current Employee ID. Once UAccess Employee (Human Resources) goes live on September 27th the EID will no longer be used except as Health Insurance ID. • NETID: HULLSUE • This is your NetID. UA NetIDs will become permanent with the start of Fall semester 2009.

  9. SID: 10234567 • continuing students’ EmplIDs will simply become their current SID without the leading “S” unless they are also an employee. • If they are also an employee – their student ID will be the same as their employee ID
